At this point, it is also necessary to continue heating because normal production requires constant replenishment of heat; Adjust different temperatures according to the different properties of plastics.
Before the normal operation of the steel strip granulator starts, the mechanical temperature should be kept stable and cannot fluctuate rapidly.
Uniform feeding, the mechanical feeding speed should match the feeding speed, otherwise it will directly affect the quality and yield of plastic particles.
Before stopping the machine, it is necessary to empty all the plastic inside the screw of the steel strip granulator.
When the machine is stopped, the power supply should be cut off, the nasal congestion should be removed, and it should be preheated separately before the next use.
