Heating modification steps for blown film machine

The blown film machine heats and melts plastic particles before blowing them into a thin film. There are many types of blown film machines, including PE, POF, PVC, and so on. The material blown out with brand new particles is new, with uniform color, clean, and well stretched bag.
1. To remove the original heating ring of the material cylinder in the modified part of the blown film machine.
2. Measure the size of the material cylinder, usually including the circumference length, calculate the required insulation cotton, and estimate whether the winding position is sufficient based on the power of the original heating coil.
3. Wrap insulation cotton around the material barrel and tie it tightly with high-temperature bandages to maintain the thickness of the insulation cotton at around 1.5-2.0CM. To make the installation more aesthetically pleasing, a 0.5mm insulation resin board can be wrapped on top of the insulation cotton.
4. Wrap electromagnetic wire around the wrapped blown film machine drum, and the wrapped electromagnetic wire should be as tight as possible.
5. Install electromagnetic heating control cabinet.
When operating the blown film machine, the operator should not stand directly in front to avoid accidental injury to the operator. During feeding, strict precautions should be taken to prevent hard objects such as metal impurities and small tools from damaging the machine from falling into the barrel. Do not wear gloves when operating rotating machines to prevent getting caught up and getting injured.
